About this house rental

• This lovely private home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sun deck overlooking the canal, and is just a short walk to the beach!
• The main bedroom boasts a king bed, lots of storage, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, attached bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a desk for those who can't escape work while on vacation.
• Full kitchen loaded with cooking utensils and plate-ware, and washer and dryer on the property
• Includes one kayak and two stand-up paddle boards guests are free to use during their stay. To use, there is a required waiver to be signed. Please inquire at time of booking!

There are two public beach access points within walking distance to the home (about a 5-minute walk) at Aberdeen Ave and Lanark Ave. Sip your coffee on the front porch, spend your day at the beach, and come home to lounge in your oasis. Beautiful Florida skies and wildlife can be seen all around the island!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to small dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This property allows a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, rented to one group per month.
