WE ARE BACK! NEWER HEATED POOL/SPA WITH OUTDOOR TV! TOTALLY UPDATED duplex - Unit #1 -Sleeps up to 6 - featuring 2 bedrooms/1 bath, with sofa sleeper in living room - less than a block to the beach and near dining! The 1 bedroom Unit #2 is not rented and just used by the owners for visiting family occasionally with NO pool/Spa use - so private pool and spa for guests! Home features New white shaker kitchen with granite counters, HUGE new island with wine fridge, Coffee/Drink bar with beverage cooler, updated bathroom, All new stainless appliances - including dishwasher, refrigerator with ice makers/filtered water and large capacity stainless stackable washer and dryer! Unit has a dual KEURIG coffee maker (10 cup OR pods), Comcast high-speed wireless internet, ROKU Smart TV, all dishes, glassware, pots/pans, Ninja blender, electric juicer, beach towels and linens, 4 beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Master bedroom has a King sized bed, a 50" ROKU TV, queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom w/ 42" ROKU TV, a spacious open floor plan with kitchen island seating for 6, and a great room with a bar area, a new 65" 4K TV, lazy boy, NEW queen-sized sofa sleeper. There is a Weber grill in the fenced backyard with poolside deck/seating/area with 50" ROKU TV (table seating and chaise loungers) as well as a Hook game on a palm tree. Location is great in a quiet residential area with about a 4 minute walk to the beach - with beach access right on Flamingo Street!

10/10 — Have already recommended this place to friends and family. — What’s not listed in the listing: Located in a break from resorts, will likely have the beach to your self or atleast within a 100 yards no one will be around you. The back yard is full of peace and relaxation. One evening we sat outside and my husband said it’s so quiet, it’s almost too quiet! The bed is soooo comfy. The house is fully stocked with anything you can think of. I’m a chronic over packer and when we come back I know that I won’t have to over pack. Every cabinet is labeled and there’s things you would never think of like a Bluetooth speaker, pump to blow up your floats, seashell mesh bags. At one point in time the Internet service went down and the host texted us as soon as she was made away with the details and approx time of restoration. We will be back.

The property was everything we hoped for.Short walk to the beach and just far enough away from the crowds. clean, comfortable, affordable and enough room for my small family.lots of memories were made I would recommend to anyone I know thank you!!!!

Very clean space. Property was as advertised . Shared bathroom is very small . Pool area and scenery behind the house is beautiful .
