Villa Lecco is a beautifully presented Tuscany villa, sleeping up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. Situated near Guardistallo it is perfectly positioned for guests to spend time in both the countryside or on the beach. The views from the villa are simply breathtaking and the interior presentation is both elegant and welcoming.
The Space:
Inside there are two spacious and well presented living rooms on the ground floor. Each is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. These are arranged around a large stone fireplace. There is a TV with satellite and WIFI connection.
There is also a dining room, perfect for those looking to dine inside during the cooler months of the year. Also on this floor is a well equipped kitchen. This has all the appliances guests could need including a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, food processor, toaster, coffee machine and more. Doors from here lead to a covered terrace, furnished with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of Villa Lecco. The first has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also has an ensuite shower room. There is also an additional WC on this floor.
The remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor of Villa Lecco. These are all furnished with large double beds and have ensuite bathrooms.
There is also a laundry room within the villa, equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
The overall feel is both elegant but cosy and welcoming at the same time. The design cleverly mixes traditional Tuscan design with the modern creature comforts that holidaymakers are looking for.
Outside, there are wonderful spaces to relax by the private swimming pool or to dine al fresco. The property enjoys phenomenal views over the surrounding hills and countryside and the setting truly is idyllic.

The nearest airport is in Pisa (70 km) but it is also possible to fly into Florence (125 km). The nearest supermarket is 10 km from Villa Lecco.
