    For a little bit more money you can get much better quality amenities. TV was not working in the entire hotel but the staff failed to let us know upon check in. They gave us an “upgraded” room with a jacuzzi, that was broken. When we told them the jacuzzi didn’t work they stated we should have checked it upon arrival and if we did they would have changed it. At a 5 star hotel they expect guests to check amenities upon check in to ensure they work properly?! That is mind blowing to me. The walk to the hotel itself is horrible, especially if you have been drinking all day like many do in capri. We are 24&27 and do hikes and mountain climbs, if you are not physically fit this hotel is not for you. Breakfast also lacked anything edible. View from hotel room was nice though and bed was comfy.
