This hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced. Every time I asked about something, they said, “One minute, we will check with the manager and get back to you”—but they never did.
The biggest problem was that they tried to charge a large amount to my card without my permission and without informing me. The amount they attempted to take was even more than the cost of my entire stay. Luckily, my card didn’t have enough balance, or this would have been a huge problem.
The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, except for one receptionist named Luca, who was very kind and helpful.
I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel at all.
