This is a great place - very clean and perfectly located in San Juan’s historic area. Beautiful neighborhood, everything is within walking distance, including plenty of bars and restaurants. The unit features two terraces with nearly 360-degree views of San Juan. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot for a group of friends visiting San Juan!
The Penthouse is on the fifth floor, and yes, there’s no elevator (we knew when making the reservation), so we got our daily workout in! Totally worth it for the amazing views and space.

The place was nice with a great overlook of the city. The beds were comfortable despite only being queen sized. Very secure.
The trek up five floors of stairs was difficult with our bags. If there is food left anywhere, even just briefly on the kitchen counter, ants find it fast. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and went on and off. One of the bedrooms requires you to go through another bedroom to get there.
