Luxury flat central Brighton

Very clean, modern, and well-maintained flat in an excellent location. It’s just a few minutes walk from the town centre and the pier, making it the perfect for exploring Brighton. The host was incredibly accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property on my next visit to Brighton.

Amazing location. Comfortable and clean

Not enough seating for 4 people in the lounge. Could do with a bean bag or emergency chairs and when we put the sofa bed out it was hard to find room for the coffee table so maybe need some thoughts about the lounge area

The property is in a fabulous location. It couldn’t be better for a base to explore the city.

The description said tea and coffee making facilities. I took that to mean I would be able to make a tea or coffee. There was no coffee or milk, this is the first time I have ever experienced this at the multiple trips I’ve taken. The landlord just replied it’s not something they do and it’s not listed. But on their listing it did say tea and coffee facilities. Just one to bear in mind if your booking here. I did book for 2 people then immediately messaged to say an extra person was staying for one night. Despite quite a bit more correspondence this was never mentioned again. When we got there, I did let them know there were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels. The owner was quite aggressive I felt and he did make me quite uncomfortable. He also demanded I pay more money. I also tripped over one of the rugs, being a disabled person a small trip can put me in considerable pain for days. When I mentioned this the owner didn’t even check I was ok. He just said no one else has ever had an issue. In fairness, he did offer to come and remover them but to be honest, I didn’t want to meet him face to face. Someone also came and dropped 2 hand towels round but rather then put them in the apartment they were just left on the hallway floor. Honestly, please don’t be put off by my experience. If you are looking g for a perfect Brighton location you can’t go wrong.
