Great location, comfortable beds and rooms - perfect for the event we had.
The door lock/code was a pain - didn't work on the first attempt, and the door was extremely stiff.

Clean, central and good facilities. Close to everything but not near loud areas. Perfect for what we needed. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and providing contact info if needed anything. Had everything you needed facility wise.
Just needs a few things sorted - floorboards were a bit uneven and kept getting caught in.

Location is good. More than one bathroom is a plus.
The door was difficult to open until you really gave it a push. The place just seemed a little run down and unloved for a while. The amount of beds and bedding around made it feel like a student accom. Worse thing, all the fire alarms had been removed, which I'm sure goes against any standard rental regulation. Heating was on everywhere and we couldn't turn it off.
