the location was good as far as getting to and from the beach. There wasn't a lot to eat near the location but it wasn't to far to get to everything. It seemed a little more residential than commercial.
parking area was tight but covered parking usually is.

Unit was as described with beautiful view of inner coastal waterway. Saw dolphins, manatee and tons of fish and birds right from the balcony. Clean, comfortable and a great location for beach and local eateries, shops, etc. Free designated parking was helpful.
More instruction would have been helpful to use the Wifi, TV and pool/restrooms but host was very quick and responsive to questions.

Very spacious, well located property with nice views of the Intercoastal. Easy access to the beach across the road. Comfortable beds and bedding, Plenty of towels, Well equipped kitchen. The small pool (heated) area was a good place to relax. We had it to ourselves most mornings. The decor is a little tired and could do with a refresh but,given that, the apartment was reasonably good value for money.
10am is rather early to check-out.
I think it would be helpful if a small amount of washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets and cleaning cloths were provided.

Third floor, had to climb up with luggage.
