Agriturismo Stella del Rio

If we could give more than 10/10 to stella del rio and the people who work there, we would. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, in a picturesque yet modern facility. You are welcome to to pick fruits from the surrounding orchard and enjoy them at the pool or while watching frankly quite spectacular sunsets. The breakfast was incredible, prepared with care and attention. The room was new, clean and incredibly comfortable, so this accommodation is by far the best value for money we have experienced in a very long time. With less than 10 min by car, there are some very good trattorias in the surrounding areas and and there is the option to organize wine or olive oil tastings, or go visit the planetarium or old sulfur mines. So if you are in the area, it is really worth tostop for a night or two (or more)in this little corner of paradise.

Everything was excellent

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated that a cot was provided in the room as requested. They also went the extra mile by providing an air fryer for our 3-year-old, which was a very thoughtful and helpful touch.

The location is quite remote, and the road leading to the property is very bumpy, making it difficult to reach. Because of how remote the property is, it would have been helpful to have a minibar, snacks, or some basic refreshments available in the room, as there is no nearby shop where you can easily pick up something if needed. Breakfast was quite limited, with not much variety. We only realised later that eggs were available because they were not displayed and we had to ask for them. There were also a few issues with the room. The fridge was switched off when we arrived, and after turning it on, it started leaking water. The air conditioning also did not work. There were quite a lot of wasps and bugs around the property, and unfortunately I was bitten by a bee twice during our stay. The play area could also benefit from some maintenance.

De locatie. De rust. Redelijk nieuw allemaal. Het ontbijt

De verschrikkelijk weg er naar toe. Echt heel slecht.

Piscina ala top

Pulizia camera non giornaliera.
