Agriturismo Bellajo - Ville Rustiche con Piscina

Tutto bello, avevamo prenotato l intero appartamento (Rosa) e siamo stati molto bene. Ampia cucina ben fornita con un bell’affaccio,, campo da tennis con racchette e palline in dotazione, biliardo, calcio balilla, 2 barbecue per arrostire, possibilità di cenare all’ aperto vicino la piscina.

We had a wonderful stay for a full week at Ville Bellajo with a large group of adults and children. The property is in a beautiful, quiet location outside Agrigento and has a very private, peaceful feeling. The views were fantastic, and the property itself is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a large group. The rooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and it was especially nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well throughout our entire stay, which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. The pool area was one of our favorite parts of the property. It was large, spacious, and a great place for everyone to relax. There were also lots of opportunities for the children to play, which made the property particularly well-suited for families. We really enjoyed being able to pick and eat fresh fruit from the property, including figs and limes. There is a town about 10 minutes away by car that has many supermarkets and restaurants and the beach town of San Leone is only 15 minutes away. For a large group with several families, the property was also a very affordable option compared with booking multiple accommodations elsewhere.

There were a few things that could be improved. Some of the kitchen equipment and trash cans were quite worn and could use replacement, and some of the kitchen chairs also needed repair. We also found that there was not enough toilet paper or dish soap provided for a group of our size to last a few days, and the dish soap was nearly empty, so we had to purchase quite a few basic supplies ourselves. Since we stayed a full week, we understand that supplies would need to be purchased but we expected to have enough for at least the first few days. The pillows were also very thick and firm, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Some of the outdoor furniture was showing its age as well. There were also workers coming onto the property periodically to work on the house and grounds. We understand that this is part of maintaining a large property, although it did mean that the property felt a little less private at times. We also had some confusion regarding using the tables near the pool for meals, as the owner preferred that we not eat there. One other thing worth mentioning is that there was a camera in the reception area that appeared to show the kitchen. Since our group spent quite a bit of time in the kitchen, this felt a little unusual and made us somewhat uncomfortable.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, la vue magnifique, les équipements y compris extérieurs, la surface du logement.

Les guêpes qui empêchent de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, la taille des douches un peu trop étroites pour des adultes, pas d’échange avec les propriétaires très discrets ce qui est aussi appréciable à la fois.
