Wonderful house with enchanting view and surrounded by large recreational areas such as tennis court, swimming pool, all surrounded by nature.
The apartment is part of a private tourist complex in the countryside area at 200 meters above sea level with a splendid view 10 minutes by car from the city center 10 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beaches and the sea of San Leone, area very quiet with swimming pool, tennis court and large recreational spaces for adults and with games for children, ample secure parking right next to the houses, the apartments have fully equipped kitchens and spacious bedrooms with relative bathrooms and all the comforts for a stay in all serenity for families or groups of friends.

We spent here 2 nice weeks, accommodation complex is very enjoyable. Caution! Price does not include bed linen and we had a problem with garbage. There are no bins. Rest was OK.

"The accomodation was very clean the owners were excellent. We had trouble finding the villa but Carmelo came and found us. The family would do as much or as little as you wanted to make your stay what YOU want. The swimming pool is a real asset and the views were breathtaking. This is the best accomodation we have rented in Sicily."

"This was an absolutely enjoyable experience for our entire family of 7. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the owners could not be more hospitable, even inviting us to their family party (complete with karaoke and line dancing) the first night of my arrival. We would definitely go back, and really felt part of a sicilian family"
