The room is quite comfortable and suitable for a solo traveler. The location is a big plus — it’s close to the station and within walking distance to nearby attractions like Lotte Department Store and Star City Mall, making it very convenient to get around. The property owner is also responsive, which I appreciate.

The room feels a bit stuffy as the space is relatively small, with limited room to open or store luggage comfortably. There is no lift, and my room was on the 3rd floor, which made carrying luggage up and down quite challenging, especially during check-in and check-out. Additionally, there was no guide or handbook provided. I did ask for directions, but was only told it’s “3–4 minutes away” without clear instructions. There were also no exterior photos of the building. On my arrival day, I couldn’t access mobile data, which made it difficult to locate the apartment. Although I managed to find it by recalling the route I checked earlier, it could be quite inconvenient for travelers, especially those carrying luggage. At night, the street leading to the apartment can get crowded with people smoking and drinking, and it can be quite dirty. It may feel uncomfortable for solo travelers, so it’s important to stay alert.

This is comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything. It looks like on the photos. The location is also great, right next to the Konkuk Univ. station.

The space is quite small, but it's enough for 2 people.
