The location is honestly excellent. It' s super close to Ttukseom metro station. It sits in a quiet and cozy spot but is just a short walk away from the bustling, trendy areas of Seongsu. If you are a walker like me, you can easily walk to Seoul Forest and Hangang Park. Plentiful good cafes and restaurants nearby is also a plus. The apartment itself is well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need from laundry machines to tiny things like adapters. The check-in instructions (with travelling tips as well!) and house rules were clearly and effectively communicated.

The only minor thing is that the bathroom floor is a few steps higher than the living room and kitchen, so you may need to watch your step after a shower (could be a personal issue for someone clumsy like me though)

Clean and very cozy apartment, with air condition. Great location. Perfect communication with the stuff. Lots of good advices regarding the program of our stay in Seoul.

There were mosquitoes in the apartment, and the plug-in repellents didn't help against them. A rubber squeegee in the bathroom would have been useful for easily clearing away the water that dripped onto the floor. An additional duvet on the master’s bed would be also an advantage.

Bon emplacement géographique, proche de la gare, commerces et restaurants.

L’annonce n’indique pas clairement que le logement est au B2, entre sol. La cuisine n’est pas suffisamment équipée, il n’y a pas suffisamment de couverts.
