Monoplan Seongsu Cozy stay

By Seoul standards, this place offers a lot of space. The apartment has everything you need. two bedrooms, a little kitchen and bathroom. The neighbourhood is very nice. Close to the subway and with a lot of hip shops and restaurants close by. The street itself is very peaceful.

There's no real daylight in the apartment. The ceiling in the bathroom is very low - I couldn't fully stand upright at 1,91m.

Sehr gute Lage, nur knapp 5 Minuten zur Ubahn Station Ttukseom, grüne Linie nr 2. Schöne ruhige Gegend, mit viel Kaffees in der Nähe und gleich eine Bäckerei nebenan. Grosszügiges Appartement, sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Leider nur kleine Duschtücher in der Grösse von Handtücher vorhanden, dafür genügend davon. Hatten wir auch in anderen Unterkünften in Korea.

We stayed at this accommodation for four nights, and it offers unbeatable value for money. It’s an exceptional place to stay, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The apartment features two beautiful bedrooms and is maintained to an extremely high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay especially enjoyable. The host is incredibly helpful and attentive. She provides a wealth of useful information in her messages, making everything easy from arrival to departure. She was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which we really appreciated. The location is also a big plus. It’s situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood, yet everything you need is just a short walk away. There’s a convenience store right on the corner, and a popular restaurant known for its salmon noodles, which are currently very trendy, is just a two to three minute walk from the apartment. The subway station is about a five-minute walk, with easy access to Line 2, one of the most convenient and well-connected lines in Seoul. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul. The value, cleanliness, location, and host experience make it a fantastic choice.

the soundproofing could be improved, as we were occasionally able to hear noise from the neighboring apartment.
