Del Marina Apartment

Localização excelente. Apartamento muito confortável e espaçoso, com kitchnette bem equipada. Ideal para uma família. Piscinas fantásticas na cobertura do edifício.

Como o apartamento se situa no 1º andar, sente-se algum ruído da rua bastante movimentada e envolvente (nomeadamente nos dias do festival do Marisco).

L’emplacement, l’appartement (la décoration, la piscine, le parking souterrain), la facilité de communication et réactivité de Gonçalo. Olhao est une ville qui a gardé son authenticité. Le marché, l’offre de restauration. Et en 5 minutes, vous prenez le ferry pour aller sur les plages d’Armona , Farol (traversées courtes de 15 à 30 minutes).

Du fait d’être au 1er étage et de la periode estivale, nous entenddons beaucoup de bruit quand nous étions sur la terrasse. En même temps, nous étions à proximité immédiate de la marina, des ferrys, de la ville. Cela s’explique... et cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de la terrasse.

A stunning modern and minimalist designed apartment that was clean, spacious and in a fabulous location. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to relax in a home from home. Kitchen has all we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a dishwasher and the washing machine meant that we could get ahead of that post holiday clothes wash! Communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. No issues with the apartment’s door lock as stated in other reviews. Whilst I would have preferred to have had a welcome pack - it didn’t take long to figure everything out - including access to WiFi (for the kids) and access to both rooftop pools (one of which is heated). There is a lot of very cleverly designed built-in storage too. Would not hesitate to book again and will definitely be back.

I honestly can’t fault it but as I mentioned above. A welcome pack would be a nice touch to help navigate those first few hours.

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and well kitted out.

The beds were described as large but in fact they were both a small/standard double bed, 4ft 6inches, making sleeping uncomfortable when used to a large bed. We got locked in to the apartment for several hours due to the door handle being faulty. If there had been an emergency there would have been a problem. We had to resolve the problem ourselves. The Host took a few days to respond to our communication about it.
