予約がスムーズに行えて、相談対応が丁寧にしてもらえて安心でした。 自炊をしてみたかったので良い経験ができてうれしかったです。
外食メインだったら問題はないのですが、自炊をしたかった私には、キッチンはさみや雑巾、掃除用具等もう少し道具があれば助かったかも。しかし、リストを見て持参すれば良かったし、タブレットでのチェックインの方法は、一度でできなかった。

連泊の計画からメールで相談をして、更にもう1日延ばしてもらいました。 急だったので心配してもらい、初めての一棟貸しでしたが 安心できました。
リフォームされた家屋なので、構造上の不具合は、すこし気になります。 近隣の方の配慮で22時以降静かにする事を守れるか？心配でした。 車利用でないと大変さがあると思いました。

施設綺麗でよかった。
駐車場もわかりやすくプリントアウトしてくれたので安心。
ウォーターサーバーがあったことにビックリ！
洗面の凍結で水がでないことを現場でしったので
もう少し早めに知ることができたらよかったです。
