L'eau chaude devait etre en solaire, donc il n y en avait pas toujours a n importe quel moment de la journée.

Considerate le misure ridotte interne il balcone vivibile dotato di tavolino e sedie è risultato molto utile
Prezzo esorbitante per il livello della struttura. Stanza molto piccola con spazi esigui. Bagno di 1 mt quadrato con mini lavabo e doccia vetusta con chiusura malfunzionante che comportava l'allagamento del pavimento ad ogni uso.
