I spent 5 nights at Milos Bay Suites in late September. The hotel and rooms were as described. Walking distance from the port of Adamas, close to shops, restaurants and cafes/bars.
The room I had (#8) was very spacious. The only negative I would say is the size of the shower was extremely small (65-70cm square) and the way the sliding shower doors were configured, the opening to enter was very tight (about 35cm) so you had to step in sideways. I’m 187cm tall and about 85kg (quite lean) and it was a struggle using the shower. As I say, the only negative.

Had to book a room very last minute due to a ferry strike which involved a post-midnight check in. Staff were very helpful in facilitating this. Room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean.

The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are friendly and inviting. The location is perfect, close to everything and it’s on a quieter street so you don’t get the noise of the downtown area.
