Umhlanga was very busy, not the apartments fault at all but there was a lot of noise.

A newly built property that is clean, modern, and well maintained. I was travelling for work and needed to commute to The Pearl every day, so the location was convenient, with everything within a short walking distance.

While the apartment itself is new, clean, and modern, the noise levels were a significant drawback. The main bedroom faces the road and was extremely noisy due to constant traffic, including cars and motorcycles, as well as noise from the nearby highway. Over the weekend, loud music from The Ocean Mall added to the disturbance. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep in the main bedroom and had to share the other bedroom with my child, which is set further back from the road. Although it was quieter, noise from the corridor—including neighbors or staff passing by—was still clearly audible. Overall, the sound insulation appears to be inadequate, which made it difficult to rest during my work trip.
