Although our trip was work-related and brief, the property made a great impression. The apartment is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was especially appreciated.
The host was responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout. I would definitely recommend this apartment to future guests—whether travelling for business or enjoying a holiday getaway—with the added convenience of being right in the heart of Umhlanga.
We did initially struggle to find the apartment, however this was not due to any fault of the host. Clear and detailed instructions were provided on how to locate and access the property—it was simply a matter of navigating the area for the first time.

Management is not checking the apartment before letting it out.
Broken items, like iron , ironing board.
Bathroom doors do not look.
no cleaning services was available.
YOU CHARGED US FOR CLEANING R550 , BUT TO RENT A MAID COST R350
Check in time is from 3pm , but check out is 10.am.
We are paying for 2 days which is 48hours but we must leave your premises 5 hours before time.
This is unacceptable. Why charge for 2 days when you are robbing us for 5 hours.
