223 Beacon Rock - 3 Bedroom

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The apartment itself was great and had plenty of space for my family, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

There were no entertainment options such as DStv or Netflix, which would have made the stay even better.

The place is beautiful, oceans mall is just across the road, which was a plus for us. The beach is a bit far but walkable. Sharon and Zinhle went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Upon arrival the place was not clean, smelled really bad. Blinds are dusty the table was not wiped the balcony area was just not cleaned at all. Sharon came through to make sure that the smell was sorted which was very good and helped us enjoy the place.

I love the location of the property, just a walk away from the beach 😀

I can’t really say I didn’t like but they can improve in the cleanliness of the property.

Upon arrivalnee gave the code to the security at phase two, they couldn't locate our parking bay. We were then asked to go to phase one and again the other security also couldn't locate our parking bay after 20min, they found the bay in phase two where we initially went. Once we got the bay we got to the unit and it was still being cleaned by a lady called zintle. She only.managed to finish at 4pm which was not what we were promised and i sent a voice note to the agents and only upon my phone call on monday did i get a response. On.monday after spending the morning in the mall and planning to go to the beach later the afternoon only find the cleaner had not arrived. I phoned the agent to advise and we were told the owner will compensate us for the inconvenience, I'm not really sure what that means. Two days before our check out our code expired that gave us entry to the building and again I needed to contact the agent to get a new code to enable us to enter the building. We also found the oven and the braai stand not cleaned. We had to clean it before we could use it
