This two-bedroom apartment in Oceans is a furnished apartment, includes uncapped WIFI, Netflix, washing machine.
kindly note that there may be some noise from passing vehicles on the street in the evenings. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and recommend keeping windows closed at night if you are sensitive to noise.
Lovely two-bedroom unit with great balcony overlooking the sea and Umhlanga Village.
Guests will collect keys from security stationed at the concierge desk.
We have a specialized Whats app chat group when the guest has secured their booking. They use this as way to communicate to reservations for any queries or info needed during their stay.
• This is a no smoking unit
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.
• Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment, however, the unit will be refreshed daily with a towel change every 2nd day, change of linen is not included. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience.
We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost. For extended stays, we provide complimentary cleans as follows:
• For stays of 9 days or more – 1 complimentary clean
• For stays of 2 weeks or more – 2 complimentary cleans
• For stays of 1 month or more – 3 complimentary cleans
Please note that our housekeeping team does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
