L'emplacement, bien situé. Commerce, lac et ville d'Annecy à proximité
La vue sur le jardin !?? C'était une vue sur un toit ou chez les voisins d'en face. Nous étions 3 et je n'avais pas de draps pour le lit canapé alors que j'avais demandé si le linge de lit était fourni et on m'a dit "oui". Et pas de réponse du propriétaire quand je lui communique que l'évier s'écoule vraiment très mal.
