The place is clean and easy to get. Located in a quiet area but still close to the grocery stores and public transportation.

Since we are Asian travelers, it would be nice if we get the bank account number (for deposit) around 5-7 days before the arrival date. It was difficult to get a local bank even on Monday because some local banks were closed. It was very stressy for us because the landlord requested us to pay using instant transfer (which means that we have to own a European/France bank account). Please consider the standard transfer as another option for deposit transfer.

La panne du lave-vaisselle tombe mal…

El apartamento es muy grande con habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas. Las camas son cómodas. La cocina suficientemente equipada. El barrio está un poco alejado del centro, pero es tranquilo y silencioso. El apartamento tiene parquin aunque no lo usamos porque hay sitio en la calle para aparcar sin tener que poner tiquet. El propietario está atento a los mensajes y contesta muy rápido.

La almohada tenía cierto olor a usado. Creo que hay que mejorar la limpieza de la almohada interior, no sólo de la funda. También la funda del sofá necesita recambio. La alfombra del baño está bastante vieja y las toallas son muy duras. El interior de los armarios es demasiado básico, se agradecería q estuvieran un poco forrados para dejar la ropa. Hay una habitación que está cerrada, creo q habría que decirlo por adelantado porque crea una sensación un poco extraña. Se agradecerían algunas pequeñas cosas como servilletas de papel, algún paño de cocina más. O un poco de azucar. Cosas de muy poco precio que no sueles llevar cuando vas de viaje y se agradece el detalle. Me pidieron 300 euros en depósito antes de darme las indicaciones para coger las llaves. Comprendo q hay gente que no hace un buen uso. Pero en mi caso, no me gustó tanto. El dinero me lo devolvieron el último día cuando devolví las llaves. En general hemos estado bien, es muy buena cada y muy tranquilo el barrio. Aconsejable.

Deposit - and how it needed to be paid. Specifically, the manager requested a 300 EUR deposit - but we've got the details only in the morning the day of arrival, including that it needed to be paid before access details are provided, and ONLY via instant transfer (an option apparently only for French bank account holders?) or Paypal. Hence, while driving through mountains with patchy internet access, we spent some 2h exploring alternative bank transfer options and then getting Paypal configured - something that worked only for the second person who tried. Really frustrating. The deposit was refunded within a few hours of our departure, but Paypal fees consumed some 20 EUR.
