The first floor was actually up one windy flight of stairs.

Ruhige, zentrumsnahe Lage. Klimaanlage
Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist für 2 Personen zu unbequem.

Gute ruhige Lage. Zum Zentrum 20 bis 30 min zu Fuß. Mit Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Große Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Pkw Stellplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden, Fahrräder waren da gut untergebracht. bad und WC getrennt, aber kein Fenster. Viel technisher Schnickschnak inlusive TV Programme.
Wir haben die Wohnung auch wegen der vorhandenen Klimaanlage gebucht. Diese war aber im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer nicht klimarisiert. Ein vorhandener Ventilator war nicht wirklich eine Lösung. Bei gemäßigten Klima ist die Wohnung jedoch sehr gut.
