We had a wonderful two-week stay at Kevin's apartment and couldn't recommend it more highly. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience the real atmosphere of Montpellier. It's right in the heart of the city, surrounded by independent cafés, bars, restaurants and local businesses, yet it still feels peaceful and authentic. Place de la Comédie is only about a 15-minute walk away, the nearest tram stop is just 3–5 minutes on foot, Gare Saint-Roch is within easy walking distance, and the beautiful beaches of Palavas-les-Flots and Petit Travers are only around 20 minutes away by car. The apartment itself is full of character, beautifully and creatively decorated with great taste and so much charm. It feels incredibly cosy and welcoming, and it's very well equipped with everything you need. One thing we especially appreciated was the air conditioning, which made such a difference during the hot Montpellier summer! Communication with Kevin was simply outstanding. He was always quick to reply, incredibly kind, and genuinely happy to help or offer advice whenever we needed anything. He is a fantastic host. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was the lovely family-run brasserie right next door. Every morning we would pop in for fresh croissants, baguettes, delicious Moroccan pastries and the most wonderful Moroccan mint tea. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and after two weeks we felt like regulars ourselves. It became the perfect way to start each day and really made us feel part of the local neighbourhood. Another practical advantage is that there are usually parking spaces available directly outside the apartment, and being on the ground floor makes arriving with luggage incredibly easy.

La chambre car pour se mettre au lit il faut y aller à quatre pattes…pour des gens de 80 ans ce n ‘est pas l’idéal ! Et ça ce n’est pas bien car ce n’est pas signalé sur booking . On ne peut pas appeler ça une chambre !
