La posizione, la struttura con restauro conservativo, molto bella e la pulizia.
Si avverte una leggera umidità, probabilmente dovuta al fatto che si tratta di un piano terra, ma nulla di particolare.

Πολυ καθαρο δωματιο. Μεγαλο και ανετο. Εντος της παλιας πολης. Ευκολο παρκαρισμα στους γυρω δρομους εκτος παλιας πολης. Εσωτερικη διακοσμιση με πετρινες αψιδες σε πληρη αρμονια με το στυλ της πολης. Αντιστοιχα διακοσμημενοι κοινοχρηστοι χωροι.
