The property was fully renovated. It had a great feel. One of the largest rooms we had stated in to date. Super clean and great daily room service. Awesome location as not in the centre of the old town but super close (3 min walking distance) also super close to train approx 10 min walk.

The wifi was terrible and no reception on phone due to the thick walls. I also didn’t get a registration email the day before so when we arrived it was hard to check in as we didn’t have the details and when we got the details we had to literally do the registration at the front door. We saw no history or check in person. They could make this more personalised. Other than this all else was fantastic.

La situation de l’hébergement dans une rue calme.

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs petits désagréments au début du séjour. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée ; un appareil de remplacement nous a été fourni, mais il s’est révélé assez bruyant. Une ampoule de la salle de bain était hors service à notre arrivée. Le coffre-fort n’était pas utilisable sans intervention du service de maintenance, car nous l’avons trouvé ouvert et nécessitant une réinitialisation. Ces différents points ont finalement été pris en charge, mais un contrôle préalable de l’hébergement avant l’arrivée des voyageurs aurait probablement permis d’éviter ces désagréments.

Great location and size of room. The room was incredibly clean which was delightful. It was really convenient and the breakfast at gusto was great. The guys were so welcoming each morning - we loved them.

Only small thing is maybe in the summer especially having the towels changed more often than once every 4 days - or give more towels in the first instance. However when we asked they did oblige. Just a small thing though.
