We stayed at these great apartments for 6 nights and were extremely happy with everything. It was our first stay at Ksamil and the owners of this place made our week very easy and pleasant. The location of the apartments is perfect - 10 minutes to the centre, 15 minutes to the beach, very calm and no noise at all. The room was extra clean and just like on the pictures - it had a spacious balcony, comfortable bed, convenient bathroom, TV, fridge etc. Every morning we were served delicious breakfast in the garden - eggs, bread, vegetables, butter and jam, fruits, juice. The communication with the hosts was easy - we could ask about anything directly from them or on What’sApp and got the answer right away. It was also very pleasant that we could drop off our luggage earlier than the rooms were ready and also leave the luggage there longer on our last day - it was very convenient and helped a lot. Also the owners were very kind for calling us a taxi at a good price.

Nothing to mention

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Le point fort absolu est l'équipe, qui s'est montrée extrêmement sympathique et aux petits soins du début à la fin. L'endroit est chaleureux et très bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Ksamil. Le balcon offre une belle vue, et le petit-déjeuner était bon. Je ne mets pas la note maximale de 10/10 car il y avait quelques petits travaux dans notre appartement, mais cela n'a rien eu de dérangeant pour autant. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons !

La terraza y sus vistas

Escogimos el alojamiento por las fotos que vimos del desayuno. Para nada, se corresponde con la realidad. No tienen café, nada de bollería y el sitio del desayuno está lleno de avispas. Teníamos 4 días de desayuno incluido, pero los 2 últimos días desayunamos en una cafetería del centro. No había tendedero (es sitio de playa) y sólo había dos perchas, no nos dejaron agua de bienvenida en la nevera (en el resto de alojamientos de Albania sí lo hicieron), ni nos cambiaron las toallas (4 noches), ni recogían la basura, ni nos dejaron gel/champú para toda la estancia... No tiene ascensor. Ni me volvería a quedar, ni se lo recomiendo a nadie.
