Bestes Hotel mit dem leckersten Frühstück

Ich wurde noch nie so freundlich und herzlich in einem Hotel bewirtet wie hier. Hier steht Gastfreundschaft an erster Stelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und der Strand direkt um die Ecke. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war das beste Frühstück der ganzen Albanien Reise.

Host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, super ontbijt, schone grote kamer. Prijs kwaliteit kan niet beter.

Uitzicht was jammer genoeg niet richting de zee. Eventueel wat meer fruit of beleg keuze bij het ontbijt.

Perfect

I can only recommend this hotel to everybody! The owner family are very kind and helpfull, friendly people. The room was very clean and well equiped. It looked on the main street but it was still quiet. The breakfast is great, we could choose from many different food and the family always prepared something new, small treats, home made cookies or local dishes. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from the centar and from the main beaches and right next to it there are more restaurants and a small supermarket as well. The hotel has an own parking place outside and an underground garage as well where you can have your car safe. The owner speaks english fluently. The atmosphere is just very friendly and warm, we were actually sad to come home after the holiday. It was definitelly not the last time we visited this hotel and we are very thankfull for the hospitality! I cannot give less than the best rating.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, met drankje als welkom. Mooi en modern, niet te groot, hotel. Eigenaar spreekt goed Engels en is zeer attent en enthousiast. Wij waren hier vorig jaar ook voor een nacht. Kamer is netjes, schoon, alles is goed verzorgd en prachtig terras voor een heerlijk ontbijt, met ook lokale lekkernijen. Echt heel lekker en goed. Parkeren is ook goed geregeld. Op vijf min lopen van het strand, waar je als je dat wilt kunt kiezen uit duizenden parasols en ligbedden of hangmatten.

Struttura accogliente in pieno centro a Ksamil dove fa da padrone la gentilezza, l'umanità e la disponibilità dello staff. Siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi dall'attenzione riservata all'ospite. Non possiamo far altro che consigliare a tutti un soggiorno presso questo hotel. Bravissimi!

Disappointed

Lovely friendly family run hotel, and bed very comfortable. Hotel Afa had restaurant which serves outstanding food only 3 minutes walk away for dinner.

Sewage issue in room and reported and initial response was " no other guests mentioned an issue in your room" not sorted as plumber no available for days and hotel said could not provide alternative room evethough I saw one room became free. So had to stay in smelly room. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, small wardrobe, no drawers or nowhere to rest your suitcase when unpacking and no chair to sit and do your make up or style your hair. No UK news channel. Filter coffee very weak and alternative was chargeable. Limited vegan options. Main road quite noisy.

Bellissimo

Ottima posizione, arrivati all' Hotel ho lasciato l'auto nel loro parcheggio privato e l'ho ripresa solo per andare via, facendo una piccola passeggiata si trovano tutti i locali e le spiagge, le camere erano pulitissime e la colazione abbastanza varia con tante cose preparate da loro e tutto lo staff gentilissimi e disponibili. Per noi ottima scelta

If Travelling to Ksamil, this is the Hotel to stay in. You won`t be dissapointed!

A family run hotel with the `gem´ of the family being Mikel the son, who takes care of the general running of the hotel and is nearly always in the hotel and ready to assist and help in anything requested. Mikel was the highlight of my holiday with his chats and advice on places to visit. Many thanks Mikel. Wishing you all the best for the future and for the hotel. Will see you again one day. Breakfast was superb with many local specialities cooked by `mum´. The nearby `Mussel Sailing Tour` was definately worth doing. If you want to travel into Saranda (the largest town and port to/from Corfu) the bus stop is near the hotel and costs 1.5euros. If you find the beaches in Ksamil too crowded and noisy, try walking (30 mins.) to the The Last Bay. Much quieter, small beach bars available and clear water.

É um hotel familiar. Eu amei o atendimento da recepcionista e dona do hotel Alvira. Ela foi muito atenciosa, e tinha as melhores recomendações de passeios e restaurantes. O café da manhã era maravilhoso preparado pela mãe dela, bem típico da Albânia. Estacionamento fechado incluído. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, cama confortável, e havia arrumação todos os dias. A localização era ótima. Super perto da praia principal e de vários restaurantes e supermercados. A única desvantagem é que não tem vista do mar. À vista da varanda é da rua principal.

Mai mult decât un hotel – o experiență caldă și primitoare

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la acest hotel! Totul a fost impecabil: camerele foarte curate, micul dejun variat și gustos, iar locația este ideală – într-o zonă liniștită, perfectă pentru relaxare, la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos până la mare. Noi am avut camera orientată spre curte, ceea ce a oferit un plus de liniște și confort. Ceea ce ne-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost ospitalitatea echipei (familiei). Toți cei de aici au fost extrem de amabili, implicați și atenți la detalii. Ne-au întâmpinat cu zâmbetul pe buze, ne-au oferit recomandări utile și au răspuns prompt și cu răbdare tuturor întrebărilor noastre. Se simte că pun suflet în tot ce fac. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și, fără îndoială, vom reveni tot aici. Recomand din toată inima acest loc – un adevărat colț de liniște și bună dispoziție!

Schönes Hotel für Kurztrip nach Ksamil mit überragender Gastgeberfamilie und sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Modern, sauber und gute Lage (eigener Parkplatz, viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, 5‘ zum Meer). Wir waren schon in zahlreichen Hotels unterwegs auf der ganzen Welt. Aber in puncto Gastfreundschaft war die Gastgeberfamilie schlichtweg sensationell. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und doch nicht aufdringlich. Kompliment! Frühstück mit viele Liebe gemacht.

Ksamil: ottima scoperta!

Hotel situato in ottima posizione per poter esplorare la cittadina di Ksamil, si trova sulla strada principale, ma a distanza di 400m si trova il lungomare con tanti stabilimenti tra cui scegliere. La zona non presenta spiagge libere, tranne quando ad inizio stagione alcuni stabilimenti non sono ancora aperti e la spiaggia antistante risulta di libero accesso. La camera si presenta ampia, manca solo qualche piccolo accessorio (sgabello/sedia), risolvibile chiedendo alla proprietaria che prontamente ti fornisce di sedia. La semplicità fa da padrone, ma è tutto nuovo, recentemente costruito. La struttura dispone di un garage coperto e di un piazzale dove poter parcheggiare la macchina. La proprietaria e la sua famiglia, hotel a conduzione familiare, sono deliziosi, si prodigano per fare si che che i loro ospiti si trovino a loro agio e non manchi loro nulla per il soggiorno. Elvira è davvero una bella persona, gentile, pronta a dispensare consigli e ad aiutarti. La colazione inclusa nel costo del pernottamento è interamente preparata da loro. Colazione a buffet, solo le bevande calde tipo caffè espresso, cappuccino, tè caldo sono a pagamento. Di libero accesso caffè americano, succhi, acqua aromatizzata, buffet dolce e salato con prodotti tipici che Elvira si prodiga a spiegare e raccontare ad ogni singolo avventore. Grazie per questi giorni di ottima accoglienza, sicuramente consiglieremo e semmai avremo occasione, torneremo a trovarvi da Bergamo! Super consigliato, nonostante la zona sia densa di mille hotel più grandi, questo piccolo hotel è una chicca.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, ziemlich neu, sauber, nettes Personal. Sicherer Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise da, das Hotel ist aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent établissement.

Accueil très chaleureux avec des conseils sur les meilleures restaurants/bar. L’hôte a pu réserver pour nous une table dans un restaurant. Établissement familial où on s’y sent bien. Excellent petit déjeuné fait par la maman. Raki maison fait par le papa. À proximité de tout à pied.
