The stay in this room was amazing! We were very happy that this accommodation did not increase its prices due to the solar eclipse. We were warned upfront that there is no airco in this room, which in their opinion was necessary in August. We were very happy to see an airco unit was present and working properly! Over the last months, the property changed their name from Victrix Homes to Victrix Home and back. We recommend to keep it at Victrix Homes, as there were 3 separate rooms/units which can be rented. The room was very clean, all looked brand new and there was even a washing/drying machine available, which was very nice as we had quite some laundry from our camping trip we had before this stay. The location is also great, as it is in the middle of the city center!

Everything was amazing

Precioso apartamento moderno perfectamente decorado. Sus ventanas dan para atrás del edificio, de forma que no se oye el ruido de la plaza.

El sofá cama es incómodo por lo que mejor ir solo dos personas para usar la cama de matrimonio que es estupenda.

The space was the right size for me, and the furniture was perfectly arranged for the shape of the room. The instructions sent via Whatsap for accessing the property were excellent. The details for the appliances were provided in Englisha and Spanish on a laminated document. The neighborhood was quiet.
