Location, food available and also laundry
Prices were higher than advertised

The location was fantastic to explore the city and the establishment was very clean and well provided for. And if you're a pilgrim they offer excellent clothes washing service.
Nothing to dislike. It's basic and unpretentious.

Good access to town centre area and easy access to onward Camino path
Rooms and furniture were tired looking. No bathroom or kitchen soaps for hand washing.

The receptionist and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. As a coeliac I was very relieved to see their care and usage of a dedicated toaster for gluten free bread.
No fire exit from our third floor bedroom. The bedroom was chilly but the bed only had sheets until I went to ask for blankets. After the first night I told them the light did not work but nothing had been done and there was no apology and no extra lamp when we returned that evening. They said there was no gluten free food available for dinner. There was no comfortable seating nor even a waiting/lounge/area.
