Нова сграда с изключителна чистота, високи тавани и усещане за лукс. Непосредствено до Търговски център с голям безплатен паркинг. На 15 минути от центъра. Просторни стаи, обзаведена кухня, пералня с предвидено място за сушене на дрехите. Разкошно кафе - комплимент от домакините.

Сградата е чудесна. Полезно би било да се поставят комарници на прозорците, в подкрепа на отличната чистота, поддържана от домакините. Друг дребен детайл е добавянето на нощни лампи до леглото - за удобство и комфорт.

Pretty decent stay, there was a wedding at the restaurant below and we could barely hear anything, the sound proofing is top notch. Good amenities nearby, responsive staff and quality accommodation.

One of the doors of the shower cabin was broken, but that didn't affect our stay at all.

It was really well equipped, had all the necessities one could need. Clean and tidy and a comfortable bed.

The shower wasnt that comfortable to use as the shower head is rather small and a bit too low but that is understandable. Also the location - its essentially on the edge of the city so its a bit far from landmarks (25min walks) however it has plenty of shops around it for necessities.

The apartment is new and located in a good building in a convenient area. It’s close to Billa and has a restaurant right in the building, which was a great bonus.

There were ongoing renovation works in other parts of the building, resulting in loud noise from early morning until late at night — sometimes continuing as late as 11:30 PM. There was no indication that the apartment uses a boiler for hot water, and since it wasn’t turned on, we had no hot water on the second day. Although the apartment has a kitchen, it lacked basic essentials such as dishes, cups, and utensils, which made it difficult to prepare or enjoy meals. Additionally, there were no hooks in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The apartment also has a terrace, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use it as it was filled with construction debris.
