Die zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit. Das Bett ist bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Gute geräumige Küche. Alles was man braucht ist da. Man muss wissen dass es zu jeder Tageszeit kein Sonnenlicht reinkommt.
Wir müssen den anderen Bewertungen recht geben, dass es sehr laut ist vor der Tür/Hausflur. Prinzipiell wird die Türe immer zugeschlagen und man redet egal zu welcher Zeit Laut. Das Esstisch könnte definitiv etwas größer sein. Und die Couch ist leider sehr unbequem.
