Perfect for couples getaways and relaxation

Really enjoyed the decor and comfiness of this property. Having the river outside is such a nice view too. It’s a quiet area as well perfect for relaxing. Had amazing service from Asif and the team and was even gifted flowers cards and chocs which was super sweet! The property is equipped with everything you need to have a few days to yourself. The decor is beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into it I personally loved the choice of paintings on the wall and the lamps are beautiful too. This was a very well needed rest and celebration we needed.

The sofa and the bed is a little on the hard side but plenty of cushions and blankets for padding.

What an absolute gem of a place! We stayed once again at 'the cozy waterfront' apartment and once again it exceeded expectation! Fabulous property, immaculately clean with an eye to detail. Great location with the town centre within easy reach and all transport networks. Asif has been amazingly helpful and hosted us seamlessly once again! Thankyou again and hope to return during 2026 for another wonderful stay at this exceptional home from home gem! 🥰😍❤

Preston's Hidden Gem

This is now my go to place to stay when I am up in Preston. Super cosy, clean and really comfy. The owner is absolutely amazing and friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Excellent property in a fantastic location!

The location of the property was excellent and in a great residential area with wonderful views of the river and a fabulous circular walking route around the docks. Close to a major supermarket within easy walking distance and a riverside public house and eaterie. The property was immaculately clean and a real home from home experience, designed very tastefully with an eye to detail. Wonderfully furnished with comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully equipped with plentiful crockery utensils and cookware. The host Asif was superb and kept in touch in case we needed anything. He also gave very detailed property info prior to check in..loved the property and we are already booked again in a few weeks time!! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!! ❤

Excellent stay – clean, comfortable, and great views! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The views over the marina were absolutely lovely, and the peaceful walkway just outside made for perfect morning and evening strolls. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it, a modern apartment with a lovely view

Great apartment overlooking the dock. Clean, tidy, modern & smelled lovely. Bed was comfy, towels were so soft, and the apartment had everything we needed for the few days we were there. It’s close to one of our work locations so will definitely be back and will recommend,

Nothing at all. If I was being picky, and I am searching for things as it was great is there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. But with shops so close by it really isn’t a problem.

Great, clean apartment in a lovely location.

Great apartment in a lovely location. The apartment was very well presented and clean with good facilities. Located right next to the marina so nice views out the windows and access to walks around the water. Also very quiet. A 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to a local supermarket but also a handy cafe, bus stops and other services. We also walked into the town centre, about 35 minutes.

Great apartment!!! I have never been in such a clean place. Wonderful view from the window on the marina, in the apartment everything you need, quiet, cozy, warm, parking space in front of the apartment, we will definitely come back!!! And most importantly - immediate and very nice contact with the host - Asif. We also very much salute the wife - who took care of the beautiful and functional decor of the apartment. We have the very best impressions of our stay, thank you!!! :)))

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit Blick aufs Wasser

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Lage war ruhig und in der Nähe gab es Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Über einen WanderRadweg direkt am Fluss konnte man entspannt ins Zentrum laufen (30 Minuten).
