Beautiful apartment/flat, everything you need is available.
The walls are quite thin as I could hear the downstairs flats tv & talking on my first night til late & they could hear my music on the second night but not enough to affect the stay as we was both respectful. Quite a lot of stairs which again can’t be helped 🙂 & wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Location is ideal and it was very clean
The parking that was provided is in a very awkward location. There was no hand soap left in the dispenser when we arrived.

Really convenient location, parking included right in the city centre which is brilliant and not offered with a lot of central city accommodation in the area. The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff supporting the stay were brilliant in terms of contact and keeping you informed.
The only issue we had was with the shower which had very weak water pressure. We would really strongly recommend that the shower is upgraded to make this accommodation exceptional.

The property is within easy walking distance of Preston city centre.
All the fixtures and fittings felt very cheap, from the mattresses on the beds, the bedside lights, the sofa and the dining table and chairs. The shower had a terribly slow flow, which made all 3 of us glad that we'd only booked for a couple of nights. The apartment is at the top of a
3 story townhouse, the entry of which had a lot of "final demand" red letters on the shelf. (Im not sure if they were connected to the property we were staying in).
A note on the beds and bedding, as I mentioned above, very cheaply done and quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
Parking is at the back of the property, and whilst certainly useful, I didn't feel was particularly secure.
I think we paid about £98 per night for 3 people to stay close to town, so not bad really. However, I did expect things to be a little better all-round, to be honest, as the owner's description on the Booking.com listing lead me to believe we'd found a hidden gem.
