Nice place would stay again

Very clean the chair was missing and sofa very small tv small no tv in bedroom kitchen was great had everthing u need for a few days stay nice bedroom bit cold no radiators heat came throught the skirting boats but after 24 hours was warm

Efficient, modern and well equipped with just a couple of niggles letting down the quality.

A couple of things were a little 'tired'. The table had marks and was damaged in places. Fine for solid wood, less good for laminate.the shower grouting had not been cleaned properly and was easy to do so I wonder if it had just been missed on this occasion. The instructions were fine but lacked a welcoming tone anywhere.

Great location, stylish apartment and great amenities just a stroll away!

Great location for central Preston. Walking distance to local shops, churches, bars and range of eating places, including selection of restaurants on the same street. Rooms are spacious and calmly decorated. The flat had everything we needed; it felt safe and secure. Staff were responsive following check-in to queries which arose.

There wasn't anything that would put us off returning; description did state 'garden view' - turns out this was imaginary and the view is of the street below, perhaps there's some window boxes nearby!

The rain shower in the en suite was really bad as the enough pressure or clogged with calcification.

The accommodation was central and very easy for all amenities.

Mattresses were very soft and springy but comfortable to sleep in.

The location was a highlight, near to shopping centre and shops, the market, alot of places accessible from here. The place looked great and was comfortable.

The first bathroom had a sewage smell, which is probably due to a macerator. I had to do a make shift curtain in the main bedroom as the door didn't have a blind or curtain to block the light out

Great apartment to stay in Preston City Centre.

The apartment was in a great location, very close to the shops, railway and bus services. It was very clean and modern. It had all the things we needed for our 4 night stay.

The apartment was 24.5° when we arrived and with it being summer it was uncomfortably hot. We opened the windows but it didn't cool down much, so we turned the heating thermostats off. We're thinking in the winter it would be lovely to come back to the apartment.

Location ONLY

The host refused to confirm the booking until we paid a security deposit directly, outside of Booking.com. This created stress and uncertainty before our arrival, and I believe this violates Booking.com's policies and practices. When we arrived, we had to wait more than 30 minutes just to receive the code to enter the flat, even though we had followed all check-in instructions and arrived on time. Upon check-out, the host falsely accused us of damage in order to withhold the deposit. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to exploit guests. We left the apartment in good condition and deny any wrongdoing.

I won’t say I enjoy my stay there.

The property looks okay on the outside but it’s quiet saddening, there was no packing space it was really a struggle, looking for where to park The toilet is the only beautiful part of the Accomodation

One bed in one of the rooms is terrible, we couldn’t sleep on it, it was sinking in the middle it’s really terrible. Our mobile network doesn’t work in there, even the WiFi provided doesn’t work

Ideal location but flawed.

The accommodation was clean and in a perfect location for the centre of town and attractions.

It was quite Spartan and unwelcoming with the minimum facilities. There was no plug for the sink so washing crockery and utensils required running water. The bed in the front bedroom was very well used with one mattress very sunken in the middle. A door in the back bedroom was full clear glass with no curtain or means to obscure. I accept that access to the rear of the property was very difficult but to undress and or go to bed with full visibility from outside was uncomfortable. The en-suite shower rooms had no heating except a towel rail which had no switch to turn on. The tv had no terrestrial signal and was constantly buffering and was consequently unusable. The front door access to the property was frequently open on entering and exiting the property, creating a security problem.

A very special stay for a very special memory

The host was the most lovely and kind person. Left our little boy a doggie dental treat when we arrived into the apartment. 🥺 The bedroom was so lovely - actually the whole place was minimalist and beautiful. Clean with almost everything we could ask for. We went to Preston for a very special reason and I'm so glad that I chose here.

Literally the only things - and is so minor! - couldn't find a hair dryer and the thermostat didn't seem to allow us to turn down the temperature after reading the instructions. So it was rather warm 🥺

Attention to detail is paramount 😔

Location is great, close to shopping centre and a walk from station. Apartment overall nice. Just need to be more vigilant with pet hairs and cleaning.

The sofa had loads of dog hairs but as we came late spoke the next day to the owner- also found a lipstick in the cutlery drawer -did their best to rectify. Some hairs in bed and bedding mattress soft little support if u move so does Ur partner lol. No TV in bedroom. The apartment was lovely but these issues did cause some discomfort. To the owners credit they offered a move to another unit.

Style over substance

1) The decor of the flat was nice and very contemporary. 2) Very central location for exploring Preston and visiting Avenham Park. 3) Two bathrooms and a nice kitchen area with a big fridge freezer. 4) A nice touch for anyone with a dog as a free bag of dog treats was provided.

1) The flat was very noisy at night because of its central location. Lots of people talking loudly late at night outside the front bedroom which is on the ground floor. 2) The blinds didn't provide any darkness in the front bedroom and the back bedroom had a glass door with no covering at all. Not very practical for getting changed, and not very cosy. Curtains would make a big difference. 3) The mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. 4) There were four wine glasses but no corkscrew so we had to buy a new corkscrew. This is a basic kitchen item which you would expect to find in a holiday/weekend rental. 5) The flat thermostat was only 12 degrees when we arrived, so it felt very cold. It would have been nice if the owner or cleaner could have set the thermostat to an equable temperature before guests arrive. Even 15 degrees would have felt more welcoming. Having a separate thermostat in each bedroom and the living area also made heating the flat more complicated than it needed to be. 6) The monsoon shower head in the main bathroom was calcified and blocked and so the water didn't come out very well. There is no point having a large monsoon shower head if it isn't regularly cleaned.

A propriedade é bem localizada, estava limpa e organizada. Exatamente como nas fotos.

Não tinha Itens para manutenção da limpeza durante a estadia, como aspirador e material de limpeza básico. O apartamento que me ofereceram foi no 3 andar, então como estava com muita bagagem foi um pouco difícil, o apartamento que eu tinha reservado teria uma vista pra o jardim, não tinha.
