Rare Large 3 BR Near Beach Shops Restaurants & Bars Huge Pool & Free Tennis

The location was very close to Coligny beach, about 5 min walk. We liked being able to use the tennis and pickleball courts daily, though the surface could use an upgrade.

We were told to arrive to the office to checkin at 4pm. We arrived and no one was at the office. There were 3 other tenants waited at the same time we did. After 30 minutes the owner showed up saying our packets were left in the locked box with instructions with key codes to house and pool. Although there was a note on the door, the communication was confusing and all 3 tenants interpreted the same way that we must wait for a staff to check in. After hours check in (ie after 6pm) would be done via a locked box, which for first time tenants, we were not given instructions as to where the locked box was. In retrospect, there was no need for tenants to show up at the office. The manager could have emailed or text the codes to the house and pool with instructions. It would have been a smoother check in. While the location of the 3 bedroom condo was great, the condo itself was dated. Our main problem was the plumbing issue of the shower in the hall bathroom. We did not have hot water for 2 days. Finally it was fixed on the third day of our stay, but to use hot water we had to leave the cold water running in the bathroom sink faucet. This is because the piping behind the wall of the shower was done incorrectly, and it would be too costly to properly fix it. All in all, the stay was comfortable during our stay after the shower was fixed. We wished that we didn’t have to deal with a plumbing issue during our stay and had to waste time during our vacation trying to communicate with the management trying to get that fixed. If we were to come back, we would select a newer condo. For $2400 price tag for 1 week stay, we would expect a better quality condo. Finally, it would be nice to have basic things in the kitchen like salt, trash bags, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap. We were given only 2 trash bags, 2 dish detergent packets, 1 little bath soap- all these didn’t last for 1 week.
