The house was perfectly clean, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee and creamer being available, too. The decor is nice and the kitchen is well-appointed for 4 guests. The owner is quick to reply to questions. The home is located close to shops and stores for convenience. Keypad entry was great for our late arrival time.

The golden velvet couch, although visually appealing in charm and character, is quite uncomfortable due to its age. You should know this rental is located between two other rentals on the same property, and there were several other vehicles parked along the edge of the long driveway, making it a bit tricky to maneuver our Suburban and trailer. The bedrooms are connected to a central A/C unit that is locked at 78 degrees 24-hours a day. There is a mini-split unit in the living room that keeps the main part of the home cooler, but that air does not flow to the bedrooms. 78 is not a terrible temperature, but it's nice to be cooler when sleeping. Six towels are provided, but if you use the pool and then need to shower in the same day, more are needed, and there is a fee for extra towels.

The weather inside and the use of hot water. Some times the internet will get paused and my older sons needed it to complete their work for school. I was instructed to leave the air conditioner at a certain temperature, but I had a baby. Also we were limited with the hot water. Again because of my baby I needed more hot water so we all couldn’t take showers the same day.
