Kings River Reflections

Where to start! This B&B is exceptional. Teresa and Tim are so hospitable you immediately feel at home and very comfortable. The house is stunning with the Kings River flowing along the back of the extensive lawn. Our room had a private balcony area which was a joy to sit on in the morning and evening. Breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked with many homemade options. We wanted to head out early one morning so we were given a packed breakfast that included fresh fruit with Chantilly cream! Sitting and chatting with Teresa and Tim was so easy and we had so many shared interests. They clearly love hosting, nothing is too much trouble and our room and all the amenities were a very high standard. We will be back in the spring for the Orange blossom Also, their little dog, Puck, is a real sweetie!

This was a very nice B&B in a quiet neighborhood about 20 or 30 minutes from Fresno. The house was immaculate. Rooms comfortable and very satisfactory. The proprietors were hospitable beyond expectations. Fresh-baked cookies, and an excellent breakfast. There were several other couples and I think one lone person sharing the very large house with the owners. Great conversation at the breakfast table. They accommodated our late arrival (we had checked in during the afternoon, but had an activity that kept us out until after 10 PM).

The only minor awkwardness was a shared bathroom, which meant some waiting in the morning, before we could take care of our morning hygiene. The bathroom was clean and tidy and well furnished, but we needed to wait for a few minutes for our turn. It was no problem on a lazy Sunday morning, since our activities were planned later in the day. However, it we had had a tight schedule in the morning, it might have been a little dicey. FYI, breakfast - homemade - was at 8AM. Again not a problem for our stay, but could be an issue if one had early activities or wanted to sleep in.

We stayed there for just one night, but the hospitality was exceptional. We will remember the owners for a long time — they were incredibly kind and took great care of all their guests. The house has a unique style, with beautifully themed rooms. The neighborhood was also calm and safe, with an incredible view and access to the river. P.S. Once again, thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We’re still waiting for the cookie recipe. :)

Teresa and Tim give you a warm and friendly welcome in a spacious and clean home in a safe and well maintained neighborhood. Each room has a theme with nice decorations. Just stayed one night to visit Sequoia, so could only enjoy the home made cookies and a great breakfast.

Everything is just great as it is.
