Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the home and location. Walks in the neighborhood were very enjoyable. We would stay here again.

This is second time staying at this rental home and overall a great place to stay & would definitely stay again. The rental home is one level so easy access for my elderly mom to get around with her walker, very safe & quiet neighborhood and the house is very clean. Some suggestions I would have for owners is replacing some of the essentials & adding some other items: bath towels need to be replenished, extra towels would be nice too; oven mitts, cutting board and kitchen towels are needed too. Patio furniture is lacking (photo on website shows patio furniture but only item is old plastic chair). Lastly, the french doors windows by dining table could also use some blinds to reduce sun exposure while dining at table. Other than suggestions above, this is a fabulous house and I would recommend to others looking for a place to stay in Visalia!

Overall, a wonderful rental! Great communication with rental property personnel, very accommodating with early checkin, furniture was fairly new, nice neighborhood. Only suggestions would be to replace the bath towels as they seemed a bit worn out & perhaps a later check out than 10am. Definitely would recommend this rental, well worth the money.

Property itself is beautiful. The pictures given are entirely accurate. The host is highly responsive. Check in was seamless.Housekeeping/maintenance could have been better. Towels and topsheets had small but noticeable holes in them. One of the bedrooms was missing a blanket (host arranged to get us one within 12h). Some of the dishes were dirty. Minor things. Overall cleanliness was still present, and the stay was great.
