Very quiet and secluded neighborhood across from Private Park. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths recently painted inside with tile, wood, & carpet floors. The living room has a large brick fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a cozy area to play games or watch TV on a large 65” smart TV. Master suite includes king size bed, double sinks & large shower, large walk- in closet, and French doors to backyard patio. The house is stocked with kitchen and bath essentials, washer & dryer and office work space for anyone traveling with work. Parking is in a two car garage. Beautifully landscaped yards with backyard patio for entertaining guests! Utilities, Wi-Fi, and linens included, cleaning service available for extended stays for an additional charge.
Shopping is just around the corner and 4 miles to Kaweah Medical Center. Valley Oaks Golf Course and Adventure Park kid’s amusement center are only 2 miles away.
Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, and Yosemite National Park are all less than a 2 hour drive. Pismo Beach on the central Pacific coast is only 2.5 hours away.
