優點：
1. 房間相當漂亮，都有擺設一些家飾品，也有桌子可以放東西，雖然沒有衣櫃，但是有衣帽架可以掛外套
2. 浴室和廁所、洗手台的空間感很棒，並且有提供洗面乳、沐浴乳、洗髮精以及毛巾，開水龍頭洗澡，熱水很快就來了
3. 客廳區有大的連網電視可以看netflix或YouTube等頻道，也有客廳桌和兩張客廳椅子
4. 床很舒服，被子也很暖和、柔軟，我們睡的很好
5. 房間在一樓，樓梯只有幾階而已，所以搬行李很輕鬆
6. WiFi訊號良好
7. 淋浴間的洩水坡做得很好不會積水
8. 房東對於房間的舒適度很重視，因熱水的問題提供了相對應的折扣，感覺上是個負責的房東
9. 房間打掃的很乾淨
缺點：
1. 房間使用儲熱式熱水器，雖然打開水龍頭供應熱水速度很快，但連續供應熱水的能力不足，只要熱水用完了，水就會變冷，必須要等待時間重新煮水後才能夠繼續使用熱水 （我兒子洗澡前我先用溫水洗了杯子、盤子、湯匙、叉子、洗手等等，我兒子剛開始洗澡沒多久就沒熱水了，因此我怕我洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，所以我等了一個小時再洗澡）
2. 淋浴間的地磚是用平滑的磁磚鋪的，所以若是腳底有泡沫會很容易滑倒，要注意安全！建議房東可以放上止滑墊. （我兒子洗澡的時候滑倒了，站起來的時候頭撞到了放洗髮精、沐浴乳的磁磚平台，把頭撞破了，流了很多血！！）
3. 這裡的廚房應該不能稱為簡易廚房，稱為 “茶水間” 可能會更為適合；有電熱水器可以煮熱水，有微波爐可以加熱食物，有冰箱，沒有爐台、沒有鍋具，沒有廚具，無法烹調食物. （不過我們也沒有自己煮飯的需求）
4. 空間利用極致，所以其實沒有太多空地能使用，只適合一個人或兩個人居住（這一點不算缺點，只是告訴大家房間的空間感如何）

Great, central location. Quiet at night.
Very clean & tidy, well equipped with some well thought out touches from the owner(s) to make it feel very homely. Local brochures & ciry guides were a great help for our stay & I will absolutely recommend this for anyone (perfect for couples) who is staying in Košice.

На кутах стола були пластикові захисні "куточки". Вони весь час спадали.
