A localização era bastante central, numa zona residencial, com espaço para estacionar facilmente.
Apartamento super espaçoso, bem decorado e com bastantes comodidades. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala de estar, cozinha com muita arrumação, lavandaria bem equipada e grande varanda.
A zona envolvente está toda em obras, pelo que havia bastante barulho, mas as janelas eram incríveis e abafavam muito bem o som de fora. No último dia, tivemos vizinhos barulhentos no apartamento de cima, mas isso a gestão do alojamento não consegue controlar.

Great place to stay during your vacation in San Miguel. Apartment is in the outside of Ponta Delgada (5-10 min driving to the center), in a residential quiet area with plenty of parking space. The apartment is new, spacious and neat. It includes everything you might need for daily life (appliances, cutlery, towels, gels, etc).
Only bad comment is that the building is currently, in March 2026, surrounded by construction works. That means there is a lot of noise during working hours which makes basically impossible to sleep.

Appartement neuf, très très spacieux et super bien équipé. Vraiment magnifique. A 5 min de l aéroport, à 5 min du centre commercial. Literie top. Petit plateau avec quelques cadeaux (café, biscuits, lait ...) très apprécié
Dommage il y avait des travaux juste en bas
