Confortável, acolhedor, bem equipado, moderno, tudo funcional, espaçoso, muito bem localizado, não estando no centro da capital, estava perto de tudo, de centro comercial, 10 min a pé, acesso rápido á via rápida, embora estivesse um prédio em obras na frente, a insonorização era ótima, adoramos!!!
