Everything about the apartment was great. It is a 10 minute walk to the town center. A few loud locals outside our window sometimes.

The owner was great to deal with, but unfortunately the home is a hangout for homeless and alcoholics. They sleep outside the house on the sidewalk and you can hear them talking all night below the bedroom window. I didn’t feel safe leaving my kids and wife alone in the house.
