The apartment was large with beautiful furniture and all the space we needed. There was plenty of parking. We appreciated the lift, especially when bringing suitcases in and out. A gift basket was left for us as it was Sunday and local stores closed. The handbook offered ideas of activities and places to eat. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. The apartment is close to the ocean and airport so easy access to nearby highways.
The beds and pillows were harder than we will were used to but after a night or 2 we found we slept better than softer bed at home! Having extra garbage bags would have been helpful since we were there about a week. We didn't ask for more which I'm sure owner would have given us.

Muy amplio todo, habitaciones, armarios, cicina, salon....
No tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador en el salón. Suerte que no hizo mucho calor. Está bastante apartado del centro de la ciudad.

The apartment was spotless. It had a nice big living and dining room, and having two bathrooms was also a nice plus. We appreciated that the host left us a small breakfast.
The neighborhood was quiet (apart from the expected airport noise from time to time), safe, and a 15-minute walk away from some restaurants. The internet was fast enough for video calls and remote work.
Pre-arrival, the host shared some useful information with us via a WhatsApp group.
A few hours before our arrival, our host told us we needed to collect the keys from a lockbox "5 minutes by car" from the apartment. We had booked a complimentary airport transfer from Booking.com to take us to the apartment. When I messaged the host about this, they didn't reply until the following morning. Thankfully, the transfer driver was kind and (literally) went out of her way to take us to the lockbox location before driving us back to the apartment at 10:30 pm.
The house itself was mostly fine. However, it needs some maintenance work (some floorboards were uneven, some doors got stuck, one of the wardrobes didn't open at all, and the bath water jumped from hot to cold often).
After reading the reviews, I was honestly expecting a much better experience. Turns out it was just passable.
