The location was perfect for me- a bit more secluded, quiet and private. Only a 10min walk to a beach. The breakfasts were also very generous with fresh ingredients. I loved the decor inside and out, it felt very calming. In the natural sunlight it looks even nicer than the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable to me- supportive firmness, supportive pillows and soft linen. I was also glad to have my own water filter and smart tv! The cleaning each day was to a very high standard and the pool was also clean. The shower water was also consistently hot and good pressure. I also wasn’t bothered by insects at all during the stay which I was surprised by! The cat is adorable and loves a good pat. And the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, I felt glad to get to know them a bit :) Thank you for such a wonderful stay! I will be recommending to everyone :)

Personnel exceptionnel

There was nothing we did not love about Villa Kita. The staff were beautiful friendly and accomodating. Our room was impeccable and beautiful. The breakfasts are like nothing we have ever had in a hotel. We would book again in a heartbeat. The villa is in the best location just 10 easy minutes to the beach/ restaurants and the centre of Gili Air. The villa itself was so very beautiful, from the private pool to the the most comfortable bed. The staff were amazing, so friendly and kind.

Nothing, perfection!

Villa très jolie, bon petit déjeuner, lit assez confortable, air conditionné correct, personnel de reception très gentil.

-L’eau chaude se termine toujours après 2min max, problème bien connu mais pas déclaré. Manager malhonnête. Pas de possibilité de changer de chambre puisqu’il n’y a que 2 villas. -Piscine sale (système de nettoyage pas efficace) et dangereuse pour la peau et les cheveux puisqu’elle est bourrée d’eau de javel. -Très mauvais emplacement, 30min à pieds du port et les 5 à 10 dernières minutes dans piste pleine de poussière et boue et sans éclairage. Aussi aucun magasin ni restaurant à moins de 10min à pieds. -Beaucoup de bruits de musique (peut être du l’hôtel voisin), le réfrigérateur fait trop de bruit, le distributeur d’eau fait trop de bruit et la clim fait trop de bruit. -Rapport qualité prix très mauvais.
