Saltwater Villa And Spa

It was clean and comfy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and nice bathroom.

After we returned to our room from dinner, the air conditioning was leaking water and the entire bed was soaking wet, with pool of water on the ground… The staff arrived immediately to inspect, and they arranged another villa for us to stay. It was not their fault that the AC broke, and they tried their best to accommodate; however, we still lost severl hours of time to deal with this and only got to rest until late after midnight. The other villa that they arranged for us had a nice pool and nice bedroom, but the bathroom was really uncomfortable - the toilet was clogged, the shower had no curtains or doors so the water was splashing everywhere, and there was no space to put shampoo or bodywash on, so we had to leave them on the floor. I don’t blame them for what happened, but I wish it didn’t. I would give them another chance and recommend this place to others

The villa is located close to the port, just a ten minute walk in a peaceful spot. The villa is clean and modern with some thoughtful touches like a water cooler that also gives you boiling water, a minibar (reasonably priced) which we loved along with some basic essentials like a bottle opener and cutlery/bowls and a hairdryer. The bathroom is spacious with a good shower and double sinks and is fully enclosed. The pool is beautiful, in fact the whole place is immaculately presented.

Great stay — clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent quiet location. Would definitely come back!

Hot water ran out quite quickly, so had to wait for a bit before the next person can take a hot shower

My favourite place to stay in Gili Trawangan! It was my second monthly visit and it feels like true home every time!
