Gili Island Bungalow

L’emplacement est très bien pour pouvoir profiter de turtle point et des magnifiques couchers de soleil côté ouest de l’île. La chambre est grande, propre, la salle de bain également. Le plus est vraiment la piscine qui rend le cadre encore plus beau. Nous étions heureux de la retrouver après une journée en mer ou sur la plage. Le petit déjeuner tous les matins au bord de notre piscine était très apprécié. Quant à notre hôte, il a été extrêmement bienveillant, nous a préparé un smoothie ananas /banane à notre arrivée. Très souriant et disponible à chaque instant, il a égayé notre séjour.

La piscina era espectacular: pequeña pero muy limpia y cuidada. La privacidad de la zona y la atención al personal fueron buenísimas. El anfitrión era muy amable y estaba comunicado las 24h para resolvernos cualquier duda. La ubicación, a pesar de parecer que estamos en medio de la nada (por eso le hemos puesto un 3/4), daba mucha tranquilidad por las noches y estaba relativamente cerca de cualquier punto de la isla (ya que estaba bastante céntrica).

Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas, por lo que necesitaría alguna reforma o mantenimiento. Además, no tuvimos servicio de habitaciones; nos pareció raro porque en otros lugares donde nos hemos hospedado nos hacían la cama y limpieza de habitación. En este caso, solo la piscina y el exterior, la habitación quedaba cerrada con llave y no entraban (algo que podría ser positivo si queréis privacidad).

Loved the privacy of the pool and bungalow but there was zero cleaning or rubbish collection over my stay. I had to go ask for toilet roll and more shampoo, which I never received. We had to wash the glasses ourselves in the sink. The shower had literally almost zero water pressure, I’m used to minimal but this was a dribble. The area is a bit intimidating and dark at night but the bungalow itself was fine.
