Breakfast wasn't provided by anyone l, as it was self catering.
All on one level and easy location to the beach, which took 5 minutes.
The extractor fans in both bathrooms not working.
Had to phone for the WiFi password.
No welcome pack for any info on appliances or other things.
A non-slip bathmat would be advisable for the elderly.
Shower door is very narrow to get into.
Small bins could be provided in both bathrooms.
Coat hooks in porch would be advisable for wet weather.

The location is perfect for exploring Paignton and south Devon. It's a five minute walk from the sea front with many lovely walks to Torquay, etc. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and the local area is quiet. Rooms are spacious and we liked the open-plan kitchen/diner/living room. We did need a little heating in the evenings and the thermostat was easy to adjust. The kitchen is well equipped but it would have been helpful to have manuals for appliances, (which i think has been mentioned in other reviews.) However, the host was excellent in responding to any questions I had.

The property was in a good location and was presented in a clean condition with ample equipment and parking.
The addition of information relating to the use of the equipment provided and bin collection days etc would have added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Very modern new build, everything was clean and fresh. Onsite parking. Outdoor patio seating area. Host was easily contactable.
